The Best Homemade Frosé Recipe!

Entertaining, Happy Hour

It’s finally spring! And now that the weather is heating up, that naturally means we need our drinks to cool down. This frosé is frosty, refreshing perfection for spring and summer – and it isn’t watered down like many frosé options out there. You’ll freeze your rosé overnight, then throwing the whole pitcher together takes less than five minutes! I’ll cheers to that!

The Best Frosé!

The best, most refreshing frosé around!

  • Author: Bri McKoy
  • Yield: Serves 5-6 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 (750 ml) bottle of rosé

2 ounces Grand Marnier

3 Tbsp white or cane sugar*

1 cup, about 4-5, strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the whole bottle of rosé into a shallow baking dish with a lid. Secure lid and place in freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight

  2. In a blender add the frozen rosé, Grand Marnier, sugar, strawberries and ice.

  3. Blend until there is a slushy consistency (about 20 seconds).

  4. Serve in a coup with a fresh strawberry as a garnish.

*Note: I like my frosé on the less sweet side so I can actually taste the other ingredients but if you like a sweeter drink, add ¼ cup sugar.
