Pumpkin honey simple syrup is just the flair we need to get into this fall season!
This is not a pumpkin creamer. Or a recipe for a pumpkin spice latte. In most cases, both of those are a little too sweet or a little too heavy for me.
I like my coffee black with heavy cream! Amen.
But when it comes to adding a seasonal touch to my coffee, I knew I could rely on a pumpkin honey simple syrup!
This honey simple syrup is a perfect addition to coffees, lattes, and teas! Bonus points if you heat a little bit of milk and add this pumpkin syrup for a before-bed-time treat.

Bri’s Pumpkin Honey simple syrup is DELISH!! It adds a rich pizzaz to coffee, which i normally drink black. So easy and quick to whip up, absolutely worth your time.
Can this be canned like jelly or jam safely so it can be given as gifts?
Do you think I could freeze extra ice cube trays & defrost as I need it?
Absolutely! Excellent idea. I freeze baby food all the time; same idea.
