Ingredients

Scale

3 Tbsp butter, melted

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tube dough sheet (I use Pillsbury – this will give you 10 pizza rolls)

Pepperoni

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tsp Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (see below for toaster oven!)

2. Add garlic powder to the melted butter and mix.

3. Roll out dough sheet and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

4. Evenly spread mozzarella cheese over dough.

5. Add slices of pepperoni.

6. Roll dough up and use a serrated knife to cut into one-inch rounds.

7. Place rounds on an oiled baking sheet.

8. Brush garlic butter all over the top of the rolls. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with leftover garlic butter and pizza sauce!

For Toaster Oven:

1. Preheat to 400 degrees.

2. Oil baking sheet and add pizza rolls.

3. Place tray in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until dough is golden brown (I did have to rotate the sheet pan halfway through cooking)!
