The best, most refreshing frosé around!
1 (750 ml) bottle of rosé
2 ounces Grand Marnier
3 Tbsp white or cane sugar*
1 cup, about 4-5, strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup ice
Pour the whole bottle of rosé into a shallow baking dish with a lid. Secure lid and place in freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
In a blender add the frozen rosé, Grand Marnier, sugar, strawberries and ice.
Blend until there is a slushy consistency (about 20 seconds).
Serve in a coup with a fresh strawberry as a garnish.
*Note: I like my frosé on the less sweet side so I can actually taste the other ingredients but if you like a sweeter drink, add ¼ cup sugar.
