Homemade Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp capers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp creme fraiche
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp shallot, diced
  • Juice from half a small lemon
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix well. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
