Ingredients

5 oz feta cheese

4 oz mascarpone cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. It will last in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
